2023-24 Tuition Installment Payment Schedule

Late Payment

• A $75 late fee will be assessed when tuition is not received by the due date, and for each additional month until paid.
• If payment is not made by December 31, 2023, the student will not be able to attend class until the balance due is paid.
• If payment cannot be made by the due date, please contact the Office Manager at info@sanmateonippongakuyen.org to discuss possible arrangements.  

Refunds/Withdrawals

• The full Annual Tuition is non-refundable from August 15, 2023. This applies for both Full Payment and Installment Payment registrations.
  
• Withdrawals prior to August 15, 2023 will be entitled to a refund of tuition paid less a $200 administrative fee.
• Any exceptions to the refund policy will require approval by the Board of Directors for such extraordinary circumstances. Withdrawals due to a schedule conflict will not be an acceptable reason for requesting an exception to the Refund Policy after the August 15 cutoff date.
• No tuition fee adjustments for holidays, short-term and long-term absences, suspensions and school closures.
